The cream is gently heated and infused with pureed fruits, imported liqueurs, herbs, spices or espressos then steeped to allow the flavors to meld in harmony with the chocolate. Then they are drenched in decadent Dark or Milk Chocolates. A taste treat your palate will not soon forget. Once you have tasted these truffles one thing will become very clear.
