A
note about our Caramel Corn: It took us three
years to develop because we were never quite happy with our
product. It was just like everyone else’s. We tried
everything to enhance our caramel corn, but still it was like
everyone else’s with a better flavor. Then we came across a
small mid western farmer growing hybrid popping corn. Turns out
he had what we were looking for. A tender, crisp, flavorful yet
hardy popping corn that would withstand the riggers of caramelization.
This was the magic we were looking for to
complete our search for a better and more distinct Caramel Corn.
