Sweet Butter Caramels
Sweet Butter Caramel
dipped in rich dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkling
of this exceptional Gray Sea Salt.
Celtic salt or Gray Sea Salt refers to
naturally moist salts harvested from the pristine Atlantic
seawater off the coast of Brittany, France. These salts,
which are rich in trace mineral content, are hand harvested
using the Celtic method of wooden rakes allowing no metal to
touch the salt. This salt will yield a bold flavor to
round out the butter notes in contrast with the sweetness of
the caramel.
Peruvian Caramels
Our soft, slow cooked
butter caramel is drenched in deep milk chocolate and
sprinkled with Pink Sea Salt. Peruvian Pink salt comes from
an ancient ocean, trapped underground, 10,000 feet high in
the Andes Mountains in Peru. The ponds, which have been hand
harvested for over 2,000 years yields salt with an
exceptional flavor and soft texture. Sweet, salty, buttery,
chocolaty. This milk chocolate caramel is a study in flavor
contrasts

Sea Turtle
Irrepressible, Fresh hot
caramel is funneled onto fresh pecans
then drenched in delicious gourmet chocolate and finished
with a sprinkle of Italian sea salt produced from the waters off
the coast of Sicily. The turtle
is know to be slow to the race, but remember, good things are
best when savored last.
